Users

Within Plainwise, you have access to the basic functionalities needed to perform daily tasks, such as calling back and managing personal settings.


Roles and permissions

  • Users:
    As a user, you can easily perform your daily tasks, such as:

    • Handling assigned callback tasks.
    • Adjusting personal settings.
    • Consulting your own schedules.
  • Managers:
    As a manager, you have the same access as users, supplemented with extra permissions to:

    • Manage schedules for callback tasks.
    • Set when specific selection menus are active.
    • Efficiently plan and adjust availability for callback tasks.

Step-by-step guide for creation

  1. Log in to the Portal as an Admin user.
  2. Go to the Admin tab and click Users.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Select User as the type.
  5. Choose one of the following options:
    • Email address: Required for self password recovery.
    • Username: An Admin must perform password recovery.
  6. Fill in the user details:
    • Select the role (User or Manager).
    • Set the language preference (you can adjust this yourself later).
  7. Generate or create a password:

Sharing data

Preferably always generate a password and always share data via a trusted platform, such as SecretShare.


Password guidelines

  • Minimum 16 characters long.
  • Use a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special symbols.
  • Avoid reusing passwords.
  • Must not contain your username or account name.
