What does the status page offer?

With the status page, you can:

  • Phone Line Health
  • Speech Recordings

  • Portal Access
• View uptime reports: See what percentage of the time our services were available.
• Receive notifications: Enable notifications for updates about incidents or maintenance.
• View previous incidents: Under the "Previous incidents" tab, you'll find an overview of resolved outages.

How do you use the status page?

1. Check service status

When you open the page, you'll see an overview of our services and their status:

• Green checkmark: The service is operational and fully available.
• Orange warning: There are performance issues or a partial outage.
• Red cross: The service is not available.

Click "Get updates" to enable notifications. You can receive notifications via email to stay directly informed about incidents and solutions.

3. View planned maintenance

Via the "Maintenance" tab, you can see when maintenance is planned and what impact this may have on the services.

4. Check previous incidents

In the "Previous incidents" tab, you'll find details about outages that have been resolved, including timelines and applied solutions.
